We guarantee that, if a piano has been moved into a space, we can get it out - provided the access hasn’t changed. We once came to remove a piano that had been left in a kitchen and renovations had been done around it changing the access - that was a very tricky job!
We’re capable of moving pianos up and down stairs using ramps and a winch, wrapping your piano first to ensure the straps don’t leave marks. We’ve moved upright pianos on their side to fit them around tight corners, and we’ve racked up our Frequent Piano-In-Evevator points.
If you’re wanting your piano moved, or are wanting a small group piano experience and you think the access will be tricky, send us a video on Facebook. We’ll come and do an in person check to confirm the move is possible before the move/event.
Kelvin uses an insulated box piano trailer for all his transport, keeping your piano protected from the Tassie weather no matter how far the drive.
Kelvin has moved upright pianos and baby grand pianos through both small houses navigating corners and stairs and large commercial buildings and cathedrals navigating elevators and precious floors, never having left a scratch.
Your piano will be loaded up onto a purpose built trolley for easier movement, wrapped in moving blankets and strapped to both the trolley and the interior of the trailer, ensuring it won’t budge on the road.
